Story of 3 parrots
one day, this man went into a pet shop wanting to buy a parrot. he inquired about the price of the first parrot he say. thinking that $500 was too expansive, he continued looking and he saw another nicer looking one. being priced at $600, the man was hesistating whether he should get the first one. but as he saw the other 2 flying up and down, he looked up and saw another one. again he inquired the price. this time it was priced at $5000. he asked the owner why it was priced so high. to which the owner said that he called it "the boss". curious the man prodded somemore. this time the owner replied "it always sits there doing nothing".

lol .. basically the moral is that the boss get paid the most but does the least. but those under him do alot but are worth lesser ..
