Wondered around town, nearly went to tonkichi to eat but ended up at Sushi Teh. Ate good food and poor sam who thought we were talking about her and ignored us for the uptempth time. Had great fun and talk. Walked around Taka with a lollipop in hand, compliments of Jen San. Pam, next time bring your sister again, then i'll get another free lollipop again lol.

Managed to get her sister to get this bag at $10+ which is way cheaper than the $30+ that she wanted. Found out that i'm little sam's idol. Whatever did i do to get that honour, i have no idea. Poor wen qi though, keep getting dao-ed by sam.

Walked around before heading to coffee bean to eat drink and slack. Disturbed sam causing her to 'cry' again but all was well after i came out to the toilet. Kids, you'll never know what's on their mind.

Cocca lunch date next week. Cant wait. Pam bring sam along again k? lol.

Finally i guess, i'm no longer a part of Tonkichi Takashimaya anymore but somehow i feel kinda empty. I never knew that i would be working there for so long, even mom's suprised but when i'm there, time just flies. Days turned to weeks, weeks to months and if i had stayed past new year it would have been 2 years le. Should have said i'll work till 6 Nov, then i can earn more during the public holidays haha but i'd rather have fun.

Everyone's been so nice this week, i really cant bear to go. Had a nice treat from Gerrick San yesterday. Ordered the Ton Shabu set and Hourensou, recieved 2lovely pairs of earrings from Jen San. So nice of them.

School's starting soon, wonder who will be in my class ..

Well one week just came and gone. Despite the low pay, the money spent on cabbing(which hopefully is reimbursed fully) and the 'record breaking' bill this month, i really had alot of fun at the Singapore Fashion Week.

Headed off to the airport with the buyers, *photos are being updated* and literally waited till they went in. I'm missing them already, maybe i'll go visit them next holiday. Haha.

First time at Zouk last night. Was hoping that it would be happening but the fun only started quite late. Felt so underdressed next to manda serene sherrie jermaine and yuran *hope i spelt it all correctly*. Not only did they all dress in black, they were like regular chiong-sters *as commented by senior rain, haha*. And me, in cargo pants and tee.

The music was like so horrandous and soft while waiting, didnt help that we were below the aircon duct, so all i could do was to feel cold and increasingly sleepy. Should have ate before going if i had known it would start so late.

Saw some stars, some cute guys, some slutty looking girls, a certain cool lecturer of Raffles-La Selle, and many old man. LOL.

But i guess i was quite lucky i had seniors to talk to, boon and his friend to bring me to the spot so that i could watch the shows while many were looking at the wall literally.

Had mom and dad to pick me up past midnight which seemed like the best idea all night and didnt come a moment too soon. Was starting to fall asleep standing and my legs were aching.

To all, next week is my last week at tonkichi, so ya do come. =] Will be working on thursday, saturday and sunday 6-10.

Speaking of work, i guess that yesterday's was quite 'eventful'.

Even before the train stopped she kept looking at me and the moment the door opened "excuse me, you are blocking my way standing here". Excuse me, the door has just opened, besides where do you want me to move there are people getting out on my left and if you people had the brains to move in earlier i wouldnt be standing so close to the door. So kiasu for what. Many a times people are like excuse me when the train havent even stopped not realising that the person they are excusing are also getting out or have no place to move.

While waking along the stretch to NEL, this stupid women suddenly walked in front of me. Like hello? Can you walk a straight line or are you drunk early in the morning that you have to walk at an angle. Should have kicked her leg harder.

Singapore Fashion Week
Tiring as it is, i've been having lots of fun and made many new friends. Even met a fellow senior previously from the tourism course. Show at 6 pm and 730 were popular. The most being Daniel Yam & IS. The IS show was just so damn cool and refreshing. Many stars were there such as Shaun Chen (who smiled at many of us), David Gan, Patricia Mok and many others.

Spotted Alex To and Lynn Po at Perfect in Black and Posse. Think Jamie Yeo also, so many that i cant remember.

Cabbed like a kazillion times this week and i'm going broke, hopefully they'll really reimburse all of it.

Models never wear bras and are willing to strip in a room with many around. But some dresses were really nice, same for the designers. Met so many 'famous' people that i never knew of.

A certain marketing person of a certain famous brand is such a bitch and is so inflexible.

Last day tomorrow, i'll really miss the buyers.

Been ages since i last woke up at 5am. Frankly i'd do better if you asked me to sleep at 5 instead of waking up. Anyway cabbed down to Changi Airport and stupidly for got to take receipt. $15 lei .. hope they'll still reimburse. *sigh* so stupid of me.

Okay so my buyer and the rest aren't that bad, frankly they're really sweet despite everything and the rest of the minders aint that bad. Stood there for a good 15 minute at least with their name before we saw any sign of them. Not only did they do a group photo just before they came out, they took us holding their names. So embrassing.

Headed to the spa just to find out that treatments start at 10 am and they were fully booked. After lots of hamming and hawing, decisions were made to head to the hotel before the duck tour. But alas, they decided to head directly for the duck tour just to find that it wasnt in operation yet and all shops were closed. Despite it not even being 9 am, i felt as if i had done a whole day's work.

Headed back to the hotel after the tour and made my way to suntec to find serene and her lovely friend robin *grinz to serene*. I think you two should be together. LOL.

Headed to PS just to find that boon just woke up again so headed ALONE to Ajisen to eat before reading comics at Times. Haha, please note there's no other reasons for asking him out so dont have that silly smile on your face. Haha.

Much as i wanted to sleep inbetween, 4 hours didnt leave much options so after finishing the book, headed back to the hotel. Made a stupid mistake of buying the card at outram's 7-11 when i could get it few doors down the hotel. Dumb.

Took a bus to Art house, caught the Allure/IE show, made some arrangements before heading off. Actually we werent supposed to, but hey who cares .. haha ..

Hey hey, i'm back from malaysia although i doubt many of you realized my absence. *sobz*

Stayed at this place called Sofitel Palm Resort. Thought it was quite an old run down place but to my surprise, it was really nice. The rooms were so nicely made up and and it did blow my breath away. The toilets were like big with one bath tub, one standing shower and the usuals but the way they did it was like coolness. k i know i suck at describing.

Basically ate and ate. Our meals were like within 2 hours after the last and we even ordered room service in the middle of the night. 5 meals a day, how can one not get fat??

Tried balinese massage today with mom, my first experience and it was good. Would be better if the spend more time on the shoulders and were slightly harder but hey, felt so relaxed after the whole thing.

Gained more than 1 kg in a day, goodness.

Fashion week duties starts tomorrow, hope all goes well.

Wish dad would stop having such a short fuse and start shouting at mom or any of us. If he's worried about dying, shouldn't he be treating us nicer instead of all these nonsense.

Stop complaining about my attitude too. Children learn by example so if you aint a good example, dont expect me to be any better. So there. All that i am is learned from you. Reason why i dont treat my friends this way, coz they dont treat me like you do and they dont lose their cool at the drop of the hat.

Got to go, need to be at airport by 6.20 am.Sigh.

Sigh, pammie, i wished i could say that the day had been better but i'm afraid not.

Was happily heading to work thinking that since i was early i could buy breakfast before work to realize that i forgot my locker key. Thus had to run home to get it before running to the train station. Sadly i missed the train and it left me 5 minutes to get from the train station to Tonkichi, so there, my third run in the day.

Reached work late just to find someone in the locker room, didnt want to punch card first just in case i got scolded again. Sigh.

Finished work at four to find 13 miss call from TAFF. Had to rush all the way to Fortune Centre and stupidly i forgot which exit which resulted in me making a big round.

Reached TAFF just to find that they're just as disorganized as before making us stay there for 2 hours which would have been just a 15 minutes thing if they were prepared. Didnt help that i havent eaten anything since morning. Sigh.

Heading to Malaysia tomorrow, hopefully it'll be fun.

Caught 40 year old virgin today with boon and aw, quite a funny show i must say though quite explicit. Hoping to catch Deuce Bigolo: European Gigolo but next week seems full with Fashion Week.

Never eat at the KFC at cine. Boon had a stomach ache shortly after our meal and i had mine after dance. Totally spoiled my appetite for my second dinner.

Aw and his siblings totoally look different lor. Can imagine why the rest squat down to laugh when they saw his younger brother the last time round.

Work tomorrow, still feeling lost over the new menu. Frankly they should hire us to help them with the decisions. I'm sure that we can make better ones than those decided. Lol. But it's true, first thing to do, stop making people pay for sauces. Oh well, who am i, a lowly part timer to say anything.

So many familiar faces these few days, saw jimmy yesterday and daniel today. Man i miss working with them.

I'll be working till the end of the month i guess, but somehow i felt really upset when Jen San asked me about it 'coz i guess i've really grown attached to the place. They've never mistreat me or raised their voices like they do to some part-timers and many treat me like their daughters. Sigh.

New menu tomorrow, have this feeling that there'll be many complaints due to paying for sauces and such.

Tonkichi Takashimaya will be changing menu as of tuesday and it will continue to change every 3 months. However it's more expensive now and more 'rules' thus it is advised to visit only when you have the Pokka card or employee, namely me. haha. Then again, if all goes well i'll be quitting at the end of the month. Starting the hate all the various rules in place now.

Felt as if i've just attended a revision lecture of all things fashion today.

Had a lovely lunch at Fish & Co. Bugis with Serene. Can you believe that's my 2nd time i've eaten in Fish & C0. and this time the experience was good, thus i shall consider going there again. haha

Headed over to Fortune Centre 45 mins early so we sat outside this salon and criticized the guy's hairstyle, the poor lady in Her Wardrobe who didnt seem to know what to do.

Had different designers telling more about their company and we even get 25% off daniel yam dresses and IS. Coolness.

Anyway i'm attached to this lady called Ms Eva Aberman from Detour Stores. Hope she's nice haha. She'd better be considering that i have to be at the airport by 6.35 am to pick her up next monday. Part of me cant wait to start but i don't know.

Bad evening today. Hope tomorrow will be better

Bought a few stuff and still wondering if i should get the converse shoes, but $89.90 lei, still have some money owed to me, please pass them to me soon so that my 'let suting shop' fund can carry on. Haha.

Finally bought a addidas jacket. =] and it only cost me $19 .. whahaha

Lovely time at dinner today. Do i really look like a tai tai? Wish i have the money to match that status haha.

I think we do more talking when we stand around or just sit one place. Not much communication is done while playing pool haha, and we're just such photo addicts, we love the camera and i guess it loves us .. haha.

I'm so gonna stick to hip hop intro, simply cant keep up with the pace the instructor was at. Aching all over when class was over.

Collected the miserable pay at Rasa today, many of us decided not to work there anymore considering that they minus off dinner time and the management was bad. SATS is so much better and in fact i'd rather work there even though the pay was supposed to be lesser($5 per hour as compared to RASA $6.50 per hour). Tonkichi's environment was so much better in comparison despite the lesser pay.

Poor liping, kana suaned today. "bus lai le zhen me ban"to which ding~ and i replied to respectively .."guo ma lu lar", "bei zhe zhuang dao lar" ....lol ... not forgetting .. "shen me shi qing wa?" and "what's the second story for?" with reference to the green double deck bus.

Salsa was fun, still feel weird dancing with the guys though, would be more comfortable with a closer friend or total stranger ba.

Dinner tomorrow and shopping before that .. cant wait =]

Feeling so dead now, then again i cant seem to feel much with my left hand and legs. Totally bushed this weekend.

Was quite zombie while working on sat, didnt help that i was alone in front again. Sucky. Had some nice customers but still it didn't really improve my mood. No thanks to my dear brother who woke me up so early to borrow money from me to bring his girlfriend out, but at least now he's giving me $50 instead of $20 monthly =].

Work yesterday was freaking tiring *cries*. Okay so my chinese top was one of the nicest and easiest costumes and it came in red which completes my red hair and red specs but couldnt they have more sense in letting us do up the table and chairs and settings in our comfortable clothes before wearing our various costumes. Was pratically bathing in sweat when we were halfway done.

1100 guest in all. Never seen so many people crowd in such a small area and i guess tourist are just as kiasu as we are. Did cocktail service which was like so darn tiring. Had to carry so many trays of drinks, 5-6 glasses each time. My hand was devoid of feelings halfway. We could touch our noses and feel nothing. Didnt help that i had rushed down from dance with such vigorous workout. Shag.

The dinner itself was ok, actually it can be quite romantic to have a dinner there. Had to take care of 2 table but mainly served one as they kept asking for wine. 4 bottles in total, ks or wat.

Damn those who are paid to look pretty. Hey i'll look even prettier than you if i was given that job. Had a tray of 10 wine glasses and while waiting for my juice just happily take a few and walk off after saying thank you. Oei not cocktail service le hor take you own drinks man. We queue there to get drinks of the guest on our table not for you to 'steal' while we are waiting for other orders. So smart carry the tray with 10 glasses after doing all that cocktail service lar.

Btw... wed dinner is still on, will be at marche ... pls meet at orchard mrt by 630

Should i go for dance later?

Seems that while i was going to lala land many had already updated about their wonderful experience at SATS but hey i'm still gonna update it now. LOL. *please ignore me, i'm laming*

Earned a total of $70 for 7 hours of work cool beans man, that's like $10 per hour so glad i took up this offer. Especially when they said that we would get extra $20 if we stayed to 1am as compared to the $50 if we stayed to 12am.

Was one of the 4 wine-ers for the night. *thank god* Was having so much fun doing the wines, champanges and drinks with the help of pam-me-lar, ding~ and jovi. Of course not forgetting the lovely and cute aunty, xiao kor kor and occasional drop-in chef.

Made a mistake by sending in the cheese wine *read: pinot noir* too early to 3 tables of which one was the VVIP table, goodness. Luckily the table that i served was ok with it when i explained to them our mistake.

Sadly only 2 guys worth looking at which jovi so couldn't take her eyes off when she was going round topping up champange during the cocktail.

Their dessert was so totally heavenly. Chocolate souffle... yummy. The smell was so enticing that our xiao kor kor went to their production line to see what they were doing.

Managed to try some wine and it was delicious. 1994 red wine *can't remember the name* and the 'dessert wine' which was actually some german white wine which supposedly taste sweet.

The guest were mainly nice and when the 'big shots' came round to shake hands with us they praised us with good service and even us wine-ers. Great fun, not bad for a first timer in private function.

Backtrack abit, k-ing with manda and serene on thurs was so fun and yes i know i sound horrandous right and doesn't help that i cant read 9 out of 10 chinese word. Such a failure but at least the company was good =].

Cant wait for tomorrow, function at Rasa Sentosa. Hope it'll be just as good =].
